Cancellation Policy

Clear guidelines on canceling your order before or after dispatch.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of cost at any time before it leaves our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp or call at +91 89818 45454 or email sales@aglo.trade with your Order ID.

2. Refund for Pre-Dispatch Cancellations

If your order is canceled prior to dispatch, a 100% full refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method with zero cancellation fees. Funds usually reflect within 3 to 5 business days.

3. Cancellation After Order Dispatch

Orders that have already been shipped and assigned a tracking ID cannot be canceled while in transit. If you decline package acceptance upon arrival, round-trip shipping fees may be deducted from your final refund amount.

4. Cancellations Initiated by Aglo

Aglo reserves the right to cancel orders under exceptional circumstances such as stock outages, unserviceable pin codes, technical pricing errors, or failed security checks. In such events, you will be notified right away and issued a 100% full refund.
