Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are carefully inspected, hygienically packed, and dispatched from our Kolkata warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on total parcel weight and destination pin code. Any active free shipping promotions (e.g., free shipping on orders above a specified threshold) will be applied automatically during checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines across India are as follows:

• Kolkata & West Bengal: 1 to 3 business days.
• Major Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai): 2 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India (State capitals, Tier 2/3 towns): 4 to 7 business days.

Please note: Unexpected courier transit delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather, festive peak volumes, or regional transport restrictions.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing your shipment tracking ID and direct link to track your parcel in real-time.

Please double-check your complete delivery address, landmark, and reachable contact number prior to confirming your order. If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient unavailability or an incomplete address, our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our warehouse.
